West Coast legends David Hart and Glen Jakovich are hitting the road next week as part of the club's community program, Border Patrol.

Proudly supported by Toyota WA, Border Patrol sees past Eagle greats head to communities all over WA from Albany to Broome, to spend time with West Coast's regional fans.

Hart, who was part of the 1987 inaugural team, was a back pocket rocket who played 184 games for West Coast, was a member of the 1994 premiership side and was named in the all-Australian squad that same year.

Dual-premiership player Jakovich was a four-time Club Champion for West Coast, twice all-Australian and games record-holder at the club, notching up a massive 276 matches.

Hart and Jakovich will be hosting three community events at Toyota dealerships, where they'll be having sausage sizzles, footy competitions, signing autographs, having photos, and handing out West Coast goodies for locals.
